Returns & Refund Policy

At Wishora, every product is handcrafted and customized exclusively according to the customer's requirements. Since each item is made specifically for one customer, we request you to carefully review your order details before placing your order.

Return Policy

Customized and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other personal preference after the order has been placed.

Returns will only be considered if the customer receives a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or significantly different from the customization details approved by the customer.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us investigate the issue.

Products must be returned in their original condition, along with the original packaging and all accessories, wherever applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases approved by Wishora under this Returns & Refund Policy or where cancellation is eligible under our Cancellation Policy.

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed after deducting any cancellation charges, payment gateway charges, or other applicable charges as mentioned in our policies.

Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method or any other approved payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges, Express Shipping charges, and other service charges are non-refundable once the order has entered processing unless otherwise approved by Wishora.

Wishora reserves the right to inspect every return or refund request before approving it. Our decision will be based on the order details, supporting evidence provided by the customer, and the applicable company policies.
