Every product we create is made exclusively for the customer based on the customization details provided while placing the order. Since these products are specially made and cannot be resold to another customer, a different cancellation policy applies compared to ready-made products.

Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it. Depending on the product, this may involve verifying the order, preparing the design, assigning the work to our artists or production team, arranging materials, planning the manufacturing process, and scheduling the order for production. As work begins from the moment an order is confirmed, cancellation charges are applicable if the customer decides to cancel.

If a cancellation request is made on the same day the order is placed, 30% of the total order value will be deducted. This amount covers order processing, payment gateway charges, administrative expenses, team allocation, design preparation, and other initial work carried out after the order is received. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation request is received after the first day, the refund amount will depend on the stage of work completed on the order. As every customized product is different, there is no fixed deduction after the first day. The charges will be calculated based on the work already carried out by the relevant departments, including design, production, procurement of materials, customization, quality checking, packaging preparation, and other operational costs incurred on the order.

Once production has reached an advanced stage or the customized product has been completed, cancellation may no longer be possible. Since the product has been made specifically according to the customer's requirements, it cannot be sold or reused for another order. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Express Shipping is a priority processing service and not a guaranteed delivery date. The timelines displayed on our website are estimated production and dispatch durations and may vary depending on the volume of orders, product complexity, material availability, holidays, courier delays, or other operational circumstances. Express Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has entered production.

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after deducting the applicable cancellation charges. Refunds will be initiated through the original payment method or any other approved payment method within the standard processing period.

Customers are requested to carefully read the product description, production timelines, shipping policy, and cancellation policy before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all applicable policies.

The company reserves the right to determine the stage of work completed on an order and calculate the applicable cancellation charges accordingly. The decision will be based on production records, labour involved, materials used, and work completed by the respective teams.
