Shipping Delivery Policy
Every order at Wishora is handcrafted and customized exclusively for each customer. Since every product is made from scratch based on the customer's requirements, the delivery timelines mentioned below are only estimated durations and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Free Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 10–12 working days from the date the order enters production.
Express Shipping (+₹150)
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days from the date the order enters production. Express Shipping gives your order priority in the production queue but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
The delivery timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the customization, current order volume, availability of materials, delivery location, pincode serviceability, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
During festive seasons, sale periods, or when we receive a high volume of orders, production may take longer than the estimated timeline. In such situations, both Free Shipping and Express Shipping orders may take approximately 14–20 working days or longer to complete and deliver. We kindly request customers to be patient during such periods, as our priority is to maintain the quality and finishing of every handcrafted product rather than rush the production process.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through the registered contact information. After dispatch, the delivery time is subject to the courier partner's operations and service availability in your area.
